A Russian judge distinct Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his business partner Platon Lebedev guilty of misappropriation on Monday at the end of the jailed previous oil tycoon's politically emotional second trial.

The allegation of robbery oil from his now-defunct corporation Yukos was the main charge alongside Khodorkovsky in a trial seen as a test of the Kremlin's will to force the rule of law.
Prosecutors have asked the moderator to sentence Khodorkovsky to six more years in prison on top of the eight years he is helping now.
