Negativity is contagious. Is to protect yourself?
This is a question quite often. When we started our learning in the area of ​​self-knowledge begin to understand the importance of caring for the thoughts, feelings and negative beliefs. We are more aware of how this negativity makes life more difficult causing problems in all areas.
We learned about this subject and we easily identify the negativity that exists in ourselves and the world. This recognition helps us make healthier choices. That is, when we see more clearly what is negative we can avoid or at least not for food.
We observe the negativity that exists in conversations with friends, at work, on television, in our family and our inner selves. Some people are frightened when they take this awareness, it is truly amazing how much negativity exists and that most do not realize.
Suddenly you find yourself in circles of conversation that does not make sense. Comments you know that only serve to increase the negativity, bringing more problems. These conversations, news and television programs end up polluting, even if you do not want, your feelings. It is rare that someone can remain immune to contact with the negativity. When we see bad news immediately arise in us feelings of anger, sadness, injustice and others. When people around us are pessimistic comments often end up being influenced.
Negativity is sticky, sticky. It has an effect on the sugar into it like a whirlwind. This power is even greater when it comes to the negativity that comes from our family. Try to stay positive but when our parents and brothers begin to speak, our negative thoughts and feelings easily see the light and are fed.

Negativity attracts negativity indoor pool and makes us feel like connect with more suffering. That is, the emotional suffering that creates mechanisms to carry food and leads us unconsciously to seek more negativity. That's why people are attracted by bad news, bad comments, gossip, pessimistic forecasts. By dissolving our feelings we feel that pull down more and more.
Another measure to strengthen our anti-negativity is to feed ourselves with positive things. Contact with more positive people, read books that bring positive messages and self-help books, read articles about self-knowledge (how many I have on my site), attend courses and lectures and so on. At one point in my life when negativity was hard and poking out of my inner being fueled by external factors, deeply immersed in reading all I could find that could help me. And the effect was really quite clear. If I were at the mercy of myself, I would have sunk more and more. I thank the authors of the books, as they were for me as true teachers who helped me out where I was.
Of all the measures that consider the most important is the inner emotional cleansing. When we are full of emotional baggage, the effort to connect with positive things is enormous. Cleaning up our inner negativity reached the root of the problem and were more positive without effort. It is also much easier to assimilate books and not pay attention to negativity.
