An Attitude of Gratitude by Tim The act of gratitude, the feeling that you will feel of appreciation, is an amazing gift.  Studies to show that counting your blessings daily can ease depression, reduce stress and anxiety.  Psychologists now know what makes people happy and it has little to do with money, keeping up with the neighbors, or chasing pleasure.  The happiest people surround themselves with family and friends and practice a life of gratitude and appreciation. Today, where you go, take God with you.  Feel the presence and let others see HIS presence in your eyes.  Take the time to count your blessings. Practice an attitude of gratitude with your every action.  Show others a thankful heart and watch how they respond to you.  I know that God will use you, show you and teach you the power of faith. *********** Aloha!
