The Russians are mountaineering the price of sky rocket rides over again for U.S. astronauts — to almost $63 million.
The price goes up in 2014 for an astronaut to fly to and from the International Space Station on a Russian Soyuz spaceship. NASA proclaimed the news Monday.
The earlier agreement exciting just below $56 million apiece
The contract lean-to with the Russian Space Agency totals $753 million. That wraps trips for a dozen astronauts from 2014 during 2016.
